The "fix" is in

The radical left now suggests going to socialized medicine will "fix" health care, "fix" the economy, and create 3.5 million jobs.

This would be a bad Saturday Night Live skit if it weren't true.

These utopian schemes always cost way more than they are supposed to and create more problems than they solve. "Conservative" and "Moderate" Democrats are the ones who will be blamed the most for this nonsense going through.

In related news, Social Security trustees reported today their estimate that the program will go into the tank in 2016. That's when we start to realize that the Social Security Trust Fund really doesn't have any money in it.

Media reports that Medicare Hospital Insurance costs will exceed program revenues until 2017 ignore the fact that Medicare Supplementary Medical Insurance is already pulling general revenue dollars and is only getting worse. Very convenient to leave out the more expensive part.

Remember how much fun we had with the "There is no crisis" gang just four short years ago, when Rep. Ben Chandler was claiming Socials Security could go for "generations" without reform?

And these are the people who are going to create our new health care system.

Yeah, I heard Happy Chandler's grandson at Berea telling the aged hippies of that community that lie. He actually turned what was supposed to be a townhall meeting into a bush bashing party, which of course, the aged hippies of the peoples republic of berea just loved.

These morons like Chandler in DC are the problem, not the solution. Who in their right mind would want more government control of anything, given the facts.

Just look at Medicare, Social Security, and what the illustrious Kentucky State Legislature did to health care in this state as a mere three obvious examples of the truth that anything government touches they screw up through corruptuion, greed, inefficienty...

Jack Kemp and Ronald Reagan were so obviously right about government being "the problem" that they should be celebrated forever as the great thinkers and truth tellers they were.

These people are basically stealing from us and in 1835 I know what we did with horse thieves!!!!!!

The lesson here is that it's up to you to make enough money to live a comfortable life. You can't rely on government.

The party line is that this is unfair. Blaming only gives power to what/whomever you are blaming.

Every person should be 100% responsible for their finanial future. Open up multiple streams of income. Or be at the mercy of government or whatever entity which you depend on for your financial stability in retirement years.

the problem is no matter how hard you work, Obama will take it from you to feed and clothe his hitler youth.
