How about Benito Mussolini instead?
After public disclosure of his taxpayer-funded trip to see his Argentinian mistress, South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford had the gall to compare himself to the Old Testament adulterer King David, who maintained his power after his crimes became publicly known.
Sanford, a former 2012 presidential hopeful, should reimburse South Carolina taxpayers the cost of his trip, resign, and go away quietly.

What would Bill Clinton do?
What would Larry Craig do?
David:
I wholeheartedly disagree that Gov. Sanford should resign and go away quietly in the wake of his recent admission of having an affair. We as conservatives would do well to discipline him but restore him to his position. We need to rally around our fallen comrades and restore them, not resort to throwing them away.

Jonathan,
He humiliated his wife and children in front of the whole world and his response was to compare himself to King David. I am the poster child for human frailty myself and I'm not judging anyone, but I just can't stand to see these guys we put so much trust in exposing themselves as delusional megalomaniacs who think they make it all go away with a tearful press conference. Sanford was a serious contender for POTUS in 2012. I suppose it's fortunate he blew up before he got nominated.
Restoration as a human being? Absolutely. But as an up-and-coming political leader? Never in a million years.
The King David bit had to be about the dumbest remark he could ever make. I'm not as deep on my biblical study as I should be, but the David I remember was a far more awesome and accomplished man than any of these frail wimps we've had in the Whitehouse in quite a while. For Sanford, any comparison with David starts and ends with infedility.
Jonathan- Put it this way, he had an affair with an Argentina woman. Ever heard of blackmail? Legislators have a duty to not put themselves in a position that could comprise their constituents well being. Someone could have easily found out about the affair and used his government power to exploit him. Who says that didn't happen? Yes, an affair is someone's private life but he has a duty to his voters as well. Where's the line drawn? I'm with David on this one.
I thought the issue of adultery by a candidate died with Clinton's election. It wasn't supposed to matter then, why should it matter now?

This answer is easy: Conservatives, for whatever reason, declared themselves to be the only ones who had "family values." They made fun of anyone who did not share their "family values" even though none of them can practice what they preach.
Sanford simply proves that the party of morals has none!
I was playing games online however for reading this post more interesting thanks for the share please do keep it going great job....Loveing this.
Cheers,
